This privacy policy explains what information is provided or, if applicable, collected and stored when using the website of H2i GreenHydrogen GmbH (hereinafter: H2i) and how this data is subsequently protected by H2i. the protection of personal data is of great concern to H2i. 1. Collection, processing and use of personal data
1.1. We only collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us when registering for a competition or newsletter. We use the data collected exclusively for the organisation of any competition and for sending an electronic newsletter. Subscribers to the newsletter agree that their data may be stored and processed by H2i for the purpose of sending the newsletter and for marketing purposes and may be passed on to third parties to the extent necessary (e.g. dispatch of the newsletter by third parties).
1.2. If you take part in a competition, we store the relevant data entered by you for the purposes of running the competition. The competition is administered by the agency commissioned by H2i. The agency and H2i will only use this data for the purposes of organising the competition.
1.3. This privacy policy applies to websites and services that belong to H2i and are operated by us or on our behalf. We have no influence on links that originate from our services. H2i processes personal data on our servers in Austria. In some cases, we process personal data on servers outside Austria. We may process personal data further in order to offer you our services.
1.4. In order to process any enquiries or answer your questions, e-mails or other messages to H2i may be stored to improve our service.
1.5. Your personal data will not be linked or matched with other data, but will only be used to provide the services you have requested (e.g. participation in a competition, receipt of a newsletter, invitation to events)
1.6. We will not use your data for the purposes of personalised advertising, market or opinion research without your consent.
1.7. Personal data that you have voluntarily provided to us in the course of registration may be stored for up to 10 years for commercial and tax law reasons.
2. Webflow
The website greenhydrogen.at is hosted by Webflow Inc. with registered office at 398 11th Street, 2nd Floor, San Francisco, 94103 California, USA (hereinafter: Webflow). When you visit our website, Webflow collects various log files including your IP address(es).Webflow is a tool for creating and hosting websites. Webflow stores cookies or uses other recognition technologies that are required to display the page, to provide certain website functions and to ensure security (necessary cookies). The use of such necessary cookies is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Our website may contain links to other providers and links to our social media offerings (Facebook, LinkedIn). This privacy policy applies to websites and services that belong to H2i and are operated by us or by authorised third parties. We have no influence on links that originate from our services. We are not responsible for whether these providers or the operators of the social media platforms comply with the statutory data protection regulations.
7. Use of web analytics software
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc, (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The use includes the "Universal Analytics" operating mode. This makes it possible to assign data, sessions and interactions across multiple devices to a pseudonymous user ID and thus to analyse the activities of a user across devices.
Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyse how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, if IP anonymisation is activated on this website, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area beforehand.
